Who is Calvin Christian School?
CCS is a school belonging to the Netherlands Reformed congregations, and is located in a rural area near Coalhurst in southern Alberta. This location is roughly central to the four NRC congregations of Fort Macleod, Lethbridge, Nobleford, and Picture Butte. Students of RCNA families (Monarch congregation) are also enrolled. We are an Alberta accredited independent school offering the Alberta curriculum for students from Kindergarten to Gr. 12 (age 5-18).

The mission of Calvin Christian School is “to provide Christian education through quality teaching and learning based on God’s Word.”
Vacancies
Positions for which applications are currently invited:
- Elementary teachers (grades 2-5)
- Middle school teachers (grades 6-8)
- High school teachers (grades 9-12; any subject specialty, though social studies / history is a particular need)
- Trades / shop teachers (construction, cabinetry, mechanics, welding)
Applications from members of the [Oud] Ger. Gem. [in Ned.] who are teachers of any subject or age specialty are very welcome – we are flexible!
All applicants must be eligible for Alberta certification.
